How to Create Your Individual Creator Profile
Here's how to get started as an Individual Creator.
Go to www.fabulate.com.au, click Sign Up, then select I'm a Creator from the top right corner of the page.
Choose Individual, fill in the details, and click Sign Up. You can click here if you wanted to know on how to sign up as Talent Agency.
Enter the verification code sent to your email and click Submit.
Connect a social media account (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) with at least one active channel, then click Continue. Use the dropdowns below to select the platform you want to connect.

Signing up as a creator with your Instagram account is quick and easy. Whether you’re looking to partner with brands or explore paid campaign opportunities, this step-by-step guide will help you get started.
On the Connect Your Social Media screen, click Connect With Instagram (Ensure the account you connect has at least one active handle).
Once the account is selected, click Continue to move forward. This step integrates your Instagram account with Fabulate, enabling real-time data access and campaign opportunities.
To complete your Instagram account, you'll first be redirected to Facebook for authorisation. (You’ll need a Business or Creator Instagram account that is linked to a Facebook Page you manage). Click Log in with Facebook to proceed. This connection gives Fabulate access to high-level analytics to showcase your performance to brands. It does not access, manage, or post content on your behalf.
You'll be redirected to Facebook's login page. Enter your Facebook credentials (email or phone and password). This account must be the admin of the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram Business or Creator account.
Once logged in, you’ll proceed to grant Fabulate the required permissions to finalize your account setup.
After logging in, you'll be asked to select the Facebook Page(s) Fabulate can access and do the following:
Select Opt in to current Pages only or Opt in to all current and future Pages, depending on your preference.
Tick the box next to the page you want Fabulate to access (e.g., Testing Fabulate).
Click Continue to move forward.
This access allows Fabulate to pull campaign-related data but does not grant control over your page or posts.
Next, you’ll be asked to select the Business account(s) Fabulate can access and do the following:
Select Opt in to current Businesses only or Opt in to all current and future Businesses, based on your preferences.
Tick the box for the business name you'd like to connect.
Click Continue to proceed.
Now, choose the Instagram account(s) you’d like Fabulate to access and do the following:
Select Opt in to current Instagram accounts only or Opt in to all current and future Instagram accounts depending on what suits you best.
Tick the box for the account you want to connect.
Click Continue to finalise access.
This allows Fabulate to collect performance insights like reach and engagement — no content will be modified or posted on your behalf.
You’ll now see a summary of the permissions Fabulate is requesting, including:
Access to your selected Facebook Page.
Insights and post performance from the connected Instagram account.
Business information to help verify your creator profile.
These permissions are strictly for analytics and reporting purposes — Fabulate will not post, manage, or edit your content.
Click Save to confirm and complete the connection.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully connected your Instagram account to Fabulate. A confirmation screen will appear once complete.
To manage this Instagram connection at any time, go to Business Integrations in your Facebook settings.
Click Got It to return to Fabulate and start exploring campaigns, managing your profile, and tracking performance.
Click Continue to finalise the setup and unlock campaign opportunities synced with your Instagram performance.

On the Connect Your Social Media screen, click Connect With TikTok (Ensure the account you connect has at least one active handle).
Once selected, click Continue to move forward. This step integrates your TikTok account with Fabulate to enable real-time data access and campaign opportunities.
You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorise your account and click Log in with TikTok.
You’ll be redirected to TikTok’s login screen and complete the following:
Choose your preferred login method — QR code, phone/email/username, or third-party logins like Facebook, Google, or Apple.
Enter your credentials and log in.
Once logged in, Fabulate will securely connect with your TikTok account and complete the authentication.
Complete the verification challenge to confirm you're a real user.

Signing up as a creator with your Youtube account is quick and easy. Whether you’re looking to partner with brands or explore paid campaign opportunities, this step-by-step guide will help you get started.
On the Connect Your Social Media screen, click Connect With YouTube (Ensure the account you connect has at least one active handle).
Once selected, click Continue to move forward. This step integrates your Youtube account with Fabulate to enable real-time data access and campaign opportunities.
You’ll be redirected to authorize access through your Google account. Click Log in with YouTube to proceed. Please make sure you’re using the correct YouTube channel linked to your content.
We’re going to explain the permissions we’ll be requesting access to:
View your YouTube accountWhat it does: Lets Fabulate read your public and private videos, playlists, and general account activity (e.g., uploads, views).
Why it's needed: Helps us identify and organize your content for campaign tracking and reporting.
Important: Fabulate does not have permission to post, edit, delete, or manage your content.
View YouTube Analytics reports for your content
What it does: Provides access to video-level analytics like views, watch time, audience retention, and engagement.
Why it's needed: Enables you and campaign partners to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
Important: This is read-only access — Fabulate cannot alter or manage your subscribers, videos, or account settings.
These Permissions Allow us to:Seamless campaign performance tracking.
Automatic analytics syncing across workspaces.
More accurate and timely campaign reports.
Less manual reporting from your end.
